Your tasks

• You will be part of the central design team and deeply involved in creating and operating the digital design system that all design teams, engineers and product managers use to design user interfaces
• You will create a consistent but innovative tool for mobile, online and desktop solutions
• You will be part of a team that ensures design quality across all facets of UI, illustration, motion, etc.

• Support operations & onboarding and provide guiding design reviews for less experienced stakeholders; inspire the team and our internal partners by bringing new ideas and collaboratively working on next-generation interfaces

your profile

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Interaction Design, User Experience Design or User Interface Design

• Some years of professional experience, preferably in a larger cooperation or a renowned design agency

• You are a strong cross-functional contributor, having worked closely with engineers, a great communicator, and above all, you approach problems holistically but drive towards a unified system

• Proficiency in current design and prototyping tools (Figma, etc.)

• Excellent presentation and documentation skills

• Ability to work partnership-oriented, highly collaborative in a cross-functional team

• Very good verbal and written skills in English
