Your tasks

• Generate and orchestrate the drumbeat of various factories

• Manage the delivery compliance of orders which are outsourced to key suppliers

• Enable the development of the serial aircraft in close collaboration with the engineering team

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet engineering and production requirements

• Work with ERP and APS-Tools to ensure the integrity of data for todays and future IT infrastructure

• Develop and maintain a KPI set together with the Head of Factory relating to process, product and operation performance and advise management when on-time order delivery is in jeopardy

• Evaluate production statistics, their impact to the schedules and report major deviations

• Shape the future of our Production Planning & Control set-up on the way to high-volume production

Your profile

• Completed degree in (industrial) engineering or equivalent field
• Some years of professional experience in production planning or a similar field
• Expertise in scheduling, planning and controlling of production processes

• Background in manufacturing incl. dynamic planning & execution during prototyping and series ramp-up

• Experience with ERP tools is required  (Experience with INFOR is highly appreciated)

• Proven knowledge in project management and willingness to take ownership and to transfer improvement ideas into reality 

• Your are a team player with analytic problem-solving skills and a high customer focus 

• Fluent English language skills are mandatory, knowledge in German is beneficial
